How a stack review cut a SaaS company's AI costs

A SaaS company was paying for AI tools and models without a clear view of the bill. I reviewed the coding tools, the workflows, and the model and API spend.

AI costs were about 80% lower after that review.

The measures I track are DORA metrics, PR review cycle time, incident time-to-resolution, and AI spend per engineer.
