Ongoing AI Advisor

Monthly · after a review

A fractional AI advisor for your business. Each month I run a working session on one real task with you, and send a note on hours, cost, and what changed.

It starts after an AI Adoption Review, so the sessions work on tasks the review already mapped.

What happens each month

One working session on one real task, then a results note.

I also fix issues and handle exceptions. You make the final decisions.

  1. Before the call. You send the problem and any relevant files or examples.
  2. During the call. We work on it together, screen-shared, using tools you already have or can easily get. You drive where possible, so the skill sticks.
  3. After the call. You get a short recap with the prompts, steps, and tools we used, plus recommendations for what to tackle next.

The monthly note covers

  • Hours against the baseline.
  • Tool and usage cost.
  • What changed.
  • The next improvement.

A working session on one real task

90 minutes · fixed price · after the review

Bring a real problem. Leave with it solved, and the skills to solve the next one yourself.

Once the review is done, you can book one 90-minute session, a pack of 4 to 6, or a monthly cadence. The price is fixed.

In each session, I work through a real problem from your business with you, live on a call: a report that takes too long, a process full of copy-paste, a decision you need better information for. I show you which AI tools fit, how to use them well, and where they fall short. You leave with the problem solved, a workflow you can reuse, and the confidence to apply the same approach to the next problem without me.

Who it's for, and why it's different

Who it's for

Teams that know AI could help but have not found where it fits, and anyone who has tried ChatGPT or Copilot and gotten mediocre results. It also suits firms that want their people capable with AI, not dependent on an outside expert.

Why it's different

  • The problems are yours, not generic examples.
  • Each session pays off on its own.
  • I start from the problem and pick whatever tool fits.

Where the advisor fits

The advisor comes after a review. It can follow a pilot from Setup & Integration, to keep improving what's live, or come straight after the review if you'd rather do the work yourselves, with my help each month.

Questions about the advisor

What does a fractional AI advisor do?

Gives a business part-time AI help without a full-time hire. With me, that's a working session each month on one real task from your business, plus a written note on hours against the baseline, tool and usage cost, what changed, and the next improvement.

Can I start with the advisor?

No. It starts after an AI Adoption Review, so the sessions build on workflows we've already mapped, with their current time and cost.

How is it priced?

The price is fixed, and I quote it after the review. You can book one 90-minute session, a pack of 4 to 6, or a monthly cadence.

Which AI tools do you use in the sessions?

Whatever fits the problem, starting with tools you already have or can easily get. I take no kickbacks, and I don't resell platforms.

Who does the work during a session?

You drive where possible, so the skill sticks. I guide, show where a tool falls short, and send a recap with the prompts, steps and tools we used.

Want help with AI every month?
