What is an AI readiness assessment?

An AI readiness assessment checks whether a business can get a result from AI. It looks at four things: a repeated task worth changing, the AI tools you already pay for, the rules for your data, and a person who owns the change. This self-check asks three questions about each. The AI Adoption Review checks these four on your own work and ends with a written report.
