Services
Start with one working session, or with a review.
A session can lead to a review. Problems that keep coming up become Setup & Integration work. A monthly cadence of sessions is the Ongoing AI Advisor.

AI Coaching
Bring a real problem. Leave with it solved, and the skills to solve the next one yourself.
In each session, I work through a real problem from your business with you, live on a call: a report that takes too long, a process full of copy-paste, a decision you need better information for. I show you which AI tools fit, how to use them well, and where they fall short. You leave with the problem solved, a workflow you can reuse, and the confidence to apply the same approach to the next problem without me.
- Before the call. You send the problem and any relevant files or examples.
- During the call. We work on it together, screen-shared, using tools you already have or can easily get. You drive where possible, so the skill sticks.
- After the call. You get a short recap with the prompts, steps, and tools we used, plus recommendations for what to tackle next.
Who it's for
Teams that know AI could help but have not found where it fits, and anyone who has tried ChatGPT or Copilot and gotten mediocre results. It also suits firms that want their people capable with AI, not dependent on an outside expert.
Why it's different
- The problems are yours, not generic examples.
- The session pays off even if you never book another.
- I start from the problem and pick whatever tool fits.
One 90-minute session, a pack of 4 to 6, or a monthly cadence. The price is fixed.
Fixed fee · about 1 to 2 weeks
AI Adoption Review
If the review finds no workflow where AI pays off, you don't pay. A stack review looks at the AI tools already in place and how to run them for less, and can take an hour. The Adoption Review looks at the firm's work, which takes longer.
Included
- A kickoff with the owner and short interviews with up to 5 people who do the work.
- Up to 3 workflows mapped in detail, with their current time and cost.
- A check of the AI tools and subscriptions you already pay for, and what each costs per month.
- A data and integration check: where the data lives, who can access it, and what each vendor does with it.
You get
- A written report and a 60-minute walkthrough.
- A recommendation for each workflow: buy a tool, build, use ordinary automation, change the process, or leave it alone.
- A business case for each recommendation that separates hours recovered, costs removed and new revenue, and counts software, review and maintenance costs.
- A fixed-price proposal for the pilot.

Fixed scope · starts with a measured pilot
Setup & Integration
- 1. Choose one workflow from the review and record its baseline: time, errors, turnaround.
- 2. Agree the success measure in writing before starting.
- 3. Set up and connect the tools, and test them on real examples of the work, with human review and exception handling.
- 4. Train the people who'll use it: practice on their own tasks, written operating instructions, and who to contact when something goes wrong.
- 5. Measure against the baseline after 2 to 4 weeks of use, then decide to expand, revise or stop.
The pilot ends in writing: expand, revise, or stop. Every handover names who owns the workflow afterward. A follow-up check 30 days after launch is included.
Monthly cadence
Ongoing AI Advisor
The retainer is a monthly cadence of coaching sessions, plus this note each month:
- Hours against the baseline.
- Tool and usage cost.
- What changed.
- The next improvement.
I also fix issues and handle exceptions. You make the final decisions, and legal questions go to your lawyer.
Vendor neutrality
I take no kickbacks, and I don't resell platforms.
Data controls
I am not a lawyer. Every engagement includes:
- An approved-tools list, using business tiers where training on your data is off by contract.
- Retention and deletion settings, and where the data is stored.
- Access permissions: AI tools see only what the user should see, and a person approves anything sent, paid or deleted.
- Disclosure when the EU transparency rule applies, in force since 2 August 2026.
- A one-page acceptable-use policy and short training, which also covers the AI-literacy duty.
- Inputs for a data protection impact assessment where health, legal or other sensitive data is involved.
- A list of questions for your lawyer.
- Where PIPEDA or Quebec Law 25 applies, the same checks against those rules, including Law 25 on automated decisions.
