How to find where AI is worth using in your firm

Look at the work people actually do. The useful starting point is a task that happens often, follows a pattern, and already has the information sitting in email, documents, or a system you run.

I would write down, for one task: who does it, how long it takes, what they look at, and what "done" means. Then ask whether the next step is to buy a tool, build something, use ordinary automation, change the process, or leave it alone.

A session or a review is how I do that with a firm. The AI Adoption Review maps up to three workflows and ends with a recommendation for each one.
