What I built

I built a chat assistant that asks every guest in a party to upload their ID, reads the details from each document, and validates them.

In use

What it does

Guests upload their documents in a chat.
The assistant reads the name, date of birth and other details from each document.
It keeps track of the party and asks for the next guest's document until it has everyone's.

The situation

A hotel needs details from every guest's ID and from the booking confirmation. Collecting those documents and keying the details in takes front-desk time.

What I built

I built a chat assistant for that step. It asks each guest in the party to upload their ID.

How it works

The guest uploads a photo of the document.
The assistant reads the details from it and shows what it found.
It works out what is still missing.
It asks for the next guest's document until it has everyone's.
